The participants must be between 16 and 30 years of age. They can come from all sorts of background.
This is a four-month training program. The first program will begin at the beginning of September of 2019. It consists of two main parts: A one-month long training course and three months of project implementation by the participants.
The project is designed to respond directly to the needs of youths who are seeking opportunities to develop the skills necessary to become future leaders and change-makers. Participants will start with training courses and then work on projects under the assistance from our local and international team. The trainers of the program are university professors, social entrepreneurs, business and NGO leaders, and community leaders. The trainees will use the skills that they have learned and develop their professional, advocacy, leadership, and entrepreneurship skills through their project, and the project must address and aim to tackle the community challenges. We seek to make our educational and training programs accessible to youth of all social strata and means, but we may target impoverished or otherwise underserved communities. We may support our goal of developing the next generation of leaders by providing charitable assistance to our beneficiaries.
